The Grand Prix and all other full size Pontiacs were completely restyled for 1965, with more rounded bodylines with Coke bottle profiles and a wheelbase increase of one inch to 121 inches. Unlike other Pontiac coupes the Grand Prix kept its exclusive squared off roofline with a concave rear window. A convertible was new for 1967 and lasted only that year, and the 1968 car got a beak nose grille. Its model years run from 1965 to 1968.
