Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight (ninth generation, 1971 to 1976)

Automobiles

Oldsmobile built its biggest full size car in 1971, although the wheelbase was unchanged from 1970. The Ninety Eights were the roomiest Oldsmobiles ever built, thanks to the new General Motors full size bodies, which set a record for interior width. The 1971 through 1976 Ninety Eight was very similar to the Delta 88 except for a longer passenger compartment. Its model years run from 1971 to 1976. This page belongs to the Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight model on its Oldsmobile make page, and it links to the generation and the neighbouring model years so that the whole run of the model can be followed in order.
