Mazda CX-9 (second generation)

Automobiles

The second generation CX-9, the TC, was revealed at the Los Angeles Auto Show in 2015, nine years after the first, on the Skyactiv platform and engines, with production starting in February 2016. It had a turbocharged 2.5 liter four of 227 or 250 horsepower with a six speed automatic, Kodo styling, a longer wheelbase and shorter overhangs, and weighed up to 130 kilograms less. It was dropped in the United States after 2023 in favor of the CX-90 but kept in production in other markets until 2024. Its model years run from 2016 to 2024.
