Lincoln Continental (ninth generation)

Automobiles

The ninth generation Continental, launched on 26 December 1994 for 1995, used the front drive underpinnings of the previous generation with all new interior and exterior styling following the Lincoln Contempra concept. It was the only production vehicle with a Modular V8 mounted transversely, a 4.6 liter DOHC engine of 260 horsepower, and it was built at Wixom. It had a facelift for 1998, and Lincoln announced that 2002 would be the last year. Each model year has its own page.
