The Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban, GMC Yukon and Yukon XL and Cadillac Escalade had a shortened 2014 model year starting in June 2013, and were replaced with a new version in February 2014 as a 2015 model. The Tahoe and Yukon were built on the GMT K2XX platform, assigned K2UC for the Tahoe and K2UG for the Yukon. Its model years run from 2015 to 2020. The fourth generation GMC Yukon had a short 2014 model year before the 2015 model.
