Production on the Tahoe and Yukon began in December 2013 with the first completed SUVs being used for testing purposes, and started officially shipping the vehicles to dealerships on February 5, 2014. This generation marks the discontinuation of this model and all Chevrolet vehicles in European and right hand markets. The Tahoe and Yukon were assigned K2UC and K2UG on the K2XX platform. The 2015 Yukon was a new GMC introduced in 2014 as a 2015 model.
