Automobiles

With the ED, the front grille was now elliptical to differentiate it from the EB, and the sports models, XR6 and XR8, gained an exclusive quad headlamp cluster. The Futura made a comeback in the ED range as a safety orientated model marketed towards private buyers, with cruise control, anti lock brakes and body coloured mirrors. The standard 4.0 litre six produced 148 kilowatts, the XR6 option 161 kilowatts, and the 5.0 litre EFI V8 165 kilowatts. Its model year is 1993.
