The Edsel Ranger had a single generation over the brand's whole life. It was the base Edsel in the first two years and the only sedan in 1960, built on Ford's shorter and narrower platform, with a 361 cubic inch V8 as standard in 1958. Styling became more conservative for 1959, and the horsecollar grille gave way to an hourglass for 1960, when Ford ended the Edsel brand in November 1959. Each model year has its own page.
