Released in April 1979 as a 1980 model year vehicle, the Chevrolet Citation replaced the Chevrolet Nova as the compact car line for the division, and it became the first Chevrolet to feature front wheel drive. General Motors assembled the model line alongside the Skylark and Phoenix in North Tarrytown, Oklahoma City and Ramos Arizpe. Its model years run from 1980 to 1985. This page belongs to the Chevrolet Citation model on its Chevrolet make page, and it links to the generation and the neighbouring model years so that the whole run of the model can be followed in order.
