Cadillac Seville (third generation, 1986 to 1991)

Automobiles

The 1986 Cadillac Seville featured a transverse mounted V8 driving the front wheels and an advanced four speed automatic transmission, with a computerized engine management system and an electronic dashboard using vacuum fluorescent displays, made possible after General Motors' acquisition of Hughes Electronics. With sales substantially below expectations, Cadillac facelifted the exterior for the 1988 model year. Its model years run from 1986 to 1991.
