The Levorg of 2025 was in its sixth year of the second generation, a mid size wagon on the Subaru Global Platform and not sold in North America. The Layback, a crossover SUV inspired variant, was available in the Limited EX trim powered by the CB18 engine, with a higher ground clearance of 200 millimeters. The name Levorg is a portmanteau of Legacy, revolution and touring. The second generation Levorg sits on the Subaru Global Platform used by the majority of Subaru's family cars.
