Introduced in 2016, the Cherokee Overland was the top of the line and most luxurious Cherokee trim level in the United States. It added color keyed fascias with chrome accents, 18 inch polished alloy wheels, an 8.4 inch Uconnect Access system with navigation and a nine speaker Alpine sound system. A 75th Anniversary Edition was also offered. A 75th Anniversary Edition celebrated the Jeep brand's anniversary that year.
