The Pleo of 2014 was in its fifth year as the second generation, a Daihatsu made kei car that Subaru sold as a badge engineered Mira, competing in the tall wagon segment of kei cars in Japan with the Honda Life, the Daihatsu Move and the Mitsubishi Toppo. The original Pleo name comes from the Latin word meaning to fill or to fulfill. The name pleo is Latin meaning to fill or to fulfill.
