The Agya went on sale in Indonesia in September 2013, a year after it was first displayed, because the government's Low Cost Green Car program was ratified late. It was offered in E, G and TRD S trim levels with the 998 cc three cylinder engine. This was the first model year of the Toyota Agya (first generation, B100), 2013 to 2023, the first generation covered for the Toyota Agya; the 2014 model year follows it. Model year pages for the Toyota Agya run from 2013 to 2023.
