2009 Toyota Avensis

Automobiles

The third generation Avensis went on sale in January 2009, built at Burnaston, with a sales goal of 115,000 vehicles for the full year. Designed by Toyota ED2, it had a drag coefficient of 0.28 for the saloon and 0.29 for the wagon and no five door hatchback, only saloon and estate bodies. This was the first model year of the Toyota Avensis (third generation, T270), 2009 to 2018, which took over from the Toyota Avensis (second generation, T250); the 2010 model year follows it. Model year pages for the Toyota Avensis run from 1997 to 2018.
