Fuji announced in June 2009 that it planned to sell 170 units of the electric Stella through March 2010, primarily to fleet and government users in Japan, with deliveries beginning in late July. The Stella of 2009 was in its fourth year, a five door kei car made at the Gunma plant, with the LS, Custom RS and Libesta S models. The Stella is a five door kei car sold by Subaru starting in June 2006. The Stella's dimensions are more parking structure friendly, where vehicle stacking is utilized, than the Pleo's.
