The Viper ACR made a return for the ZB II generation, and a street legal 2010 ACR later broke the two minute barrier at Miller Motorsports Park. On 4 November 2009 Dodge brand president and chief executive Ralph Gilles announced that the Viper would end production in the summer of 2010. The 2009 Viper SRT-10 had the 600 horsepower 8.4 liter V10 and was available as a convertible and a coupe, and the ACR set a Nurburgring record of 7 minutes 22.1 seconds.
