The third generation Carina ED, the ST200, arrived in 1993 and benefited from the sleek styling of the 1993 Toyota Supra A80, including the interior, form fitting seats and the wrap around dashboard. The T180 series production ended in 1993. This was the first model year of the Toyota Carina ED (third generation, ST200), 1993 to 1998, which took over from the Toyota Carina ED (second generation, T180); the 1994 model year follows it.
