In January 1992, for the 1993 model year, the second generation MR2 received Revision 2 with a revised rear suspension with longer toe links, 15 inch wheels and wider tires on all models, larger brakes and a viscous limited slip differential option on the turbo. The changes responded to journalists' reports that the car was prone to snap oversteer. It was model year 4 of 11 in the Toyota MR2 (second generation, W20), 1989 to 1999, coming after the 1991 model year and before the 1993 model year. Model year pages for the Toyota MR2 run from 1984 to 2007.
