The X90 Cresta debuted in 1992 with significant styling and mechanical changes over the X80. It was sold at Toyota Vista Store in Japan, sharing its chassis with the Mark II and the Chaser. It was the fourth generation of the Cresta, offered through Toyota Vista Store. This was the first model year of the Toyota Cresta (fourth generation, X90), 1992 to 1995, which took over from the Toyota Cresta (third generation, X80); the 1993 model year follows it. Model year pages for the Toyota Cresta run from 1980 to 2001.
