1977 Ford Granada (Europe)

Automobiles

The square and straight lined Mark II Granada, known internally as Granada 78, was released in August 1977 for the 1978 model year. It was a reskin of the 1972 car with new external panelwork taking the styling cues also used on the recently launched Cortina and Taunus Mark IV and on the first Fiesta, in the design language started by Uwe Bahnsen. It replaced the original Granada, which had been produced since 1972.
