The 1967 Satellite was a carryover from 1966 with several trim changes. A new grille with dual side by side headlights was fitted, along with a revised rear trunk panel and taillights with horizontal ribs, and horizontal aluminum trim along the lower body crease with lower silver paint gave every 1967 Satellite an essentially two tone appearance. The Satellite remained the top of the line Plymouth mid-size model until the 1967 model year, when a higher Sport Satellite trim and a station wagon version joined it.
