For 1967 Ford introduced the Sport option package for the Bronco wagon, mostly chrome exterior trim and wheel covers, recognizable by red painted FORD lettering on the grille. To comply with federal regulations the Bronco was fitted with back-up lights in 1967. The Bronco kept its simple styling theme, with flat glass, straight C-section bumpers and symmetrical door skins, and its optional full wheel covers were the same ones used on the 1966 Galaxie.
