1966 Ford Country Sedan

With the introduction of the 1966 models all Ford wagons, the Country Sedan included, had the Magic Door Gate, which let the tailgate act as an ordinary tailgate that could be lowered or as a door that swung outward for easier access. The Country Sedan had plain body sides. The Country Sedan was the mid trim station wagon of the full size Ford range, with plain body sides. It was the cheaper wagon beside the woodgrain Country Squire and outsold the Squire in every year.
