1963 Oldsmobile Cutlass

Automobiles

The F-85 was restyled for the 1963 model year, to a crisper, more squared off design than that of the 1961 and 1962 models. When the decision was made to upgrade the F-85, Jetfire and Cutlass to the all new General Motors A platform, the earlier Y platform was repurposed for the Chevrolet Corvette in 1976. The Cutlass was the top trim of the F-85 compact, in its third and last year as such. The 1963 car was an F-85 Cutlass compact with a crisper body.
