The 1958 Anglia 100E was the facelifted model announced in October 1957, still a two door car in the 100E series that sold well. It had a new mesh radiator grille and chrome bumpers, and a three speed gearbox, with the estate versions Escort and Squire in the range. The old Anglia continued as the Popular, which was the cheapest car in the world at the time. The Anglia was a small two door family car made by Ford of Britain.
