1956 Ford Country Sedan

Automobiles

In 1956 the Country Sedan continued to represent the mid trim level station wagon in the wagon series of the full size Ford. The two door Parklane was added as a premium wagon that year. The Country Sedan outsold the Country Squire, which cost more and had its woodgrain trim. The Country Sedan was the mid trim station wagon of the full size Ford range, with plain body sides. It was the cheaper wagon beside the woodgrain Country Squire and outsold the Squire in every year.
