1952 Nash-Healey

Automobiles

For 1952 Nash hired Battista Farina and his Pinin Farina carrozzeria to revise the body, partly to make the sports car look more like the rest of the Nash line. The front gained a new grille with inboard headlights, the sides fender character lines ending in small tailfins, and a curved windshield replaced the flat two piece one. The Nash engine was enlarged and fed by twin Carter carburetors. The restyled car appeared at that year's Chicago Auto Show, and a racing Nash-Healey finished third overall at Le Mans.
