In 1942 the Custom Cruiser 98 was once again the Oldsmobile entrant into the luxury market, with all cars in the series powered by the straight eight engine and an exclusive 127.0 inch wheelbase. A total of 6,659 98s were made before production was shut down due to World War II, and the ultra rare four door convertible was gone. This page belongs to the Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight model on its Oldsmobile make page, and it links to the generation and the neighbouring model years so that the whole run of the model can be followed in order.
