1975 Toyota Celica

Automobiles

For the 1975 model year the North American Celica kept the earlier body but gained federally mandated 5 mph bumpers front and rear, and the 2.2 liter 20R engine arrived. In October 1975 the entire lineup was given a facelift with a revised front bumper and grille, with the new RA23 and RA24 hardtop coupe codes. It was model year 6 of 7 in the Toyota Celica (first generation, A20 and A30), 1970 to 1976, coming after the 1974 model year and before the 1976 model year. Model year pages for the Toyota Celica run from 1970 to 2006.
