Toyota Camry (seventh generation, XV50)

Automobiles

The XV50 was introduced on 23 August 2011, went on sale in Japan in early September and in the United States later that month, and carried the 2012 model year. It had a thoroughly restyled interior and fully new sheet metal with a more angular look, yet its outer dimensions hardly changed from the car before it. For the first time no manual gearbox was offered in the United States. Japan, the Gulf and several other markets received the more conservative Asian design, and a big facelift reached North America in April 2014 for 2015. Australian production of the Camry ended in October 2017.
