1935 Rolls-Royce Phantom II

Automobiles

By 1935 the Phantom II had synchromesh on gears 2, 3 and 4, and the model came to the end of its run, as the Phantom III replaced it in 1936. Most Continentals were sports saloons, though sporting open roadsters and closed coupes were bodied on the Continental chassis, mostly by British coachbuilders such as Barker, Hooper, H.J. Mulliner and Windovers. The Phantom III followed the Phantom II in 1936.
