Plymouth Fury (fourth generation)

Automobiles

In 1965 Chrysler returned the Fury to its full size C body platform, with the Fury I as the basic model and the Fury II and Fury III with more trim and features, on a new 119 inch wheelbase. The 426 street wedge V8 with 385 horsepower was introduced. A plush VIP edition appeared in 1966 to compete with the Ford LTD, Chevrolet Caprice and AMC Ambassador DPL, the body was restyled with an angular profile for 1967, and the 1968 cars had new rear sheet metal. Its model years run from 1965 to 1968.
