Lincoln Town Car (third generation)

Automobiles

The third generation Town Car was released for the 1998 model year, debuting at the 1997 New York show, with a new body and interior sharing nothing with its predecessor, a sleeker and curved design with traditional cues from the Mark VIII. It was three inches shorter than the 1997 car. It was assembled at Wixom until 2007 and from 2008 in Ontario, and the Town Car L arrived for 2001. Its model years run from 1998 to 2011.
