1989 Ford Festiva

Automobiles

The Festiva was facelifted in 1989 with a new grille insert and tail lamp lenses, and Canadian sales began that January. Autorama in Japan began to sell Korean built five door hatchbacks, which it called the Festiva 5, and later a four door sedan called the Festiva beta. The Festiva was a small Mazda designed hatchback that Ford sold in several markets, some of them under other names. Kia in South Korea built most of the cars sold under the Festiva and Aspire names, and sold the same design as the Pride and the Avella.
