The G07 is the only generation of the X7 so far, a full size luxury crossover that BMW first announced in March 2014 and officially unveiled on 17 October 2018 with pre orders taken online. It uses the same CLAR platform as the G05 X5 but is taller, wider and longer, with standard third row seating, an air suspension and all wheel drive for every model. A facelift came in 2022. Its model years run from 2018 to 2026.
