The 1992 Legend carried on with the same trims as 1991, base, L and LS for the sedan and L and LS for the coupe, with dual front airbags now standard on the L and LS. The car kept the 200 horsepower 3.2 litre engine and its speed-sensitive steering, heated leather seats and four-wheel disc brakes with anti-lock control. The LS cars added automatic climate control and a power four-way passenger seat.
