The CDX gained an A-Spec version in 2020, styled more aggressively, with black plastic trim, mirrors in a second color and its own 18 inch wheels. It was built by Guangqi Honda in Guangzhou and sold only in China, with the 180 horsepower 1.5 litre VTEC turbo and eight-speed dual-clutch transmission, in front-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive form, as all earlier CDX models, and the cars were produced at the Zengcheng Plant in Guangzhou.
