Toyota Harrier (first generation, XU10)

Automobiles

The first generation Harrier was produced from December 1997 in Japan and was once exclusive to Toyopet Store dealerships. Abroad it carried the Lexus RX name from March 1998, since at that stage Toyota had yet to sell the Lexus brand in Japan. The Harrier is named for the eastern marsh harrier, a bird of prey common to Hokkaido and northern Honshu, and an emblem of the bird in stylized profile was on the grille until the XU60 model.
