Toyota Corona (first generation, T10)

Automobiles

The first generation Corona appeared in May 1957, going on the market two months afterward, and was designed with parts from the previous generation Crown and Master. Beside the four door T10 sedan, the T16V three door van was introduced in October 1958 as the Toyopet Coronaline. It was first fitted with the old sidevalve S engine of 33 PS, a light facelift came in April 1958, and the 997 cc OHV P series engine replaced the S in October 1959.
