Saab 9-3 Turbo X

The Saab 9-3 Turbo X was a four wheel drive sports car built by Saab Automobile AB and first shown at the Frankfurt motor show in 2007 to mark thirty years of turbocharged engines at Saab. During development it was called the Black Turbo. It was sold only during 2008, in a limited run of 2,000 cars, 175 of them in Sweden and 600 in the United States, offered only in Jet Black with an all black leather interior, and came as a SportSedan and as a SportCombi. It used a turbocharged aluminium V6 of 280 hp and 400 Nm with an automatic or a six speed manual gearbox, and Saab became the first car maker to use the fourth generation Haldex four wheel drive system, together with an electronic limited slip differential. A SportSedan accelerated from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.7 seconds and the SportCombi in 5.9.
