Lincoln Continental (seventh generation)

Automobiles

The seventh generation Continental returned in October 1981 for 1982 as a mid size competitor to the Cadillac Seville, on a platform shared with the Ford Granada and Mercury Cougar, with its own sheet metal. It had a sloping bustle back decklid, a Continental spare tire decklid, aluminum for the hood, bumpers and spring loaded front fenders, a digital dashboard and a trip computer. It was restyled for 1984 with the Mark VII. Each model year has its own page.
