The second generation Lexus NX, AZ20, is a completely new model on a new platform, the GA-K, which it shares with the mechanically identical Toyota Venza and Harrier and the fifth generation Toyota RAV4. It was revealed on 11 June 2021 and is the first Lexus vehicle developed at the Shimoyama Technical Centre. Its exterior dimensions grew by 20 millimetres in length and width, and the 2,690 millimetre wheelbase is 30 millimetres longer than before. It carries Lexus's new design philosophy, including overlapping L-shaped daytime running lamps first used on the RC and UX in 2018, and three-LED headlights are standard. The hybrid models NX 350h and NX 450h+ are sold in the United Kingdom and Western Europe.
