Honda CR-V (second generation)

Automobiles

Honda put the second-generation CR-V on sale on 13 November 2001 as a complete redesign built from the seventh generation Civic, with the K24A1 engine, or the K20A4 in Southeast Asia. A new chassis increased rigidity and a compact rear suspension raised cargo space to 72 cubic feet. It was Car and Driver's Best Small SUV for 2002 and 2003, received a mid cycle refresh in 2004 for the 2005 model year, and the Honda FR-V was based on it. Each model year of this generation has its own page.
