The DeSoto Firesweep was an automobile that DeSoto produced from 1957 through 1959, a lower-priced entry below the Firedome and Fireflite. The 1957 models were sold only as imports in Canada. It was available at first as a four-door sedan, a four-door station wagon, a two-door hardtop and a four-door hardtop, and a convertible was added for 1958. In 1957 it was powered by the Dodge Poly 325 cubic inch V8 with a two-barrel Stromberg downdraft carburetor. DeSoto production ended in November 1960.
