The Alvis Three Litre Series II, or TD 21, was a British sports saloon or coupe made by Alvis from the end of 1958 until October 1963. It revised the TC 108G with a body made by Park Ward, who could supply it in the quantity, quality and price needed, and the cars were slightly taller and lighter, with a drophead coupe added. The 2,993 cc engine now produced 115 bhp, the gearbox came from the Austin-Healey, and automatic and, from late 1960, overdrive options were offered. A test by The Motor in 1960 gave 103 mph and 0 to 60 mph in 13.5 seconds, and in April 1962 the Series II brought four-wheel disc brakes.
