The Destinator went on sale in South Africa on 17 March 2026 in two trim levels, the GLS and the Exceed. It is a compact crossover SUV with three row seating, powered by a 1.5 liter 4B40 MIVEC turbocharged petrol engine making 163 PS with a CVT and front wheel drive, with 244 mm of ground clearance, and sold in emerging markets in Southeast Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, South Asia and Africa. The Destinator comes standard with six SRS airbags.
