The 2025 Grand Cherokee continued the fifth generation WL in two row and three row forms, with the two row Grand Cherokee assembled at the Jefferson North Assembly Plant, where it has been assembled since its introduction in 1992 for the 1993 model year. When properly equipped it could tow up to 7,200 pounds, and the Quadra Lift air suspension, available only with the Quadra Drive II system, let it ford up to two feet of water.
