The 2024 Grand Cherokee continued the WL generation in the two row Grand Cherokee and three row Grand Cherokee L bodies, built at Jefferson North Assembly Plant and the Mack Avenue Assembly Complex in Detroit, with the 3.6 liter Pentastar V6 and the 4xe plug in hybrid with 375 horsepower. All engines were paired with an eight speed automatic transmission, and the Selec Terrain system was controlled by a toggle switch in the center console.
