In 2024 the Discovery Sport was still in production, with a power tailgate available as an option with remote control operation and with the Jaguar Land Rover Ingenium engines made at Wolverhampton. The car shared its PTA platform with the Jaguar E-Pace and the second-generation Evoque. No change dated to the 2024 model year appears in the sources used. As on the earlier cars, the electric power steering allowed an automatic parking system and a five-star Euro NCAP rating dated from the car's launch.
